HOW DO I GET GASFOX?
Download the GasFox app from the APPLE APP STORE or GOOGLE PLAY STOREto create an account. Input some basic information about your vehicles, address and payment information. GasFox will notify you on your delivery day, and will also send a reminder to your phone to leave the gas flaps of the cars you would like fueled, open. It’s that simple. No more need to visit the pump!

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED
When you sign up for GasFox, you will be able to choose between our Single Vehicle INDIVIDUAL PLAN or Multi Vehicle FAMILY PLAN. After choosing your desired plan, Gasfox will deliver fuel to you weekly and you will be charged for what ever quantity of gas is required to fill your tank. We do not charge you for payment until the fuel delivery has been completed. Once we successfully deliver your gas, the actual cost of your fill plus your membership fee will be charged to your card on file.
HOW MUCH FUEL WILL GAS FOX DELIVER?
GasFox will pump fuel until our automatic shut-off feature of the pump engages. In order to avoid spilling fuel or causing damage to your vehicle’s vapor-recovery system our drivers will never “top off” your tank. At this time we are limited to a total of 220 gallons per household. If your total combined vehicles require more fuel you may be assessed an over limit fee.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET GASFOX?
Pricing is per gallon and is calculated based on a local average fuel pricing model for your vehicle’s delivery area. An Individual vehicle membership plan is $6 per week and our Multi Vehicle Family plan is $10 per week. Plan membership is billed weekly to your card on file so there is no need to worry about managing payments!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T NEED FUEL OR NEED TO CANCEL A DELIVERY?
Canceling or changing your delivery day is easy. Simply contact customer care at (702)707-3755. If in the event that you do not need gas on your selected day or would like to reschedule, contact customer care as soon as possible. In order to keep our fuel costs as low as possible, your weekly membership fee will still be charged to your card on file even if no fuel is delivered. After 4 weeks of non delivery your membership will be cancelled and you will need to contact customer care to reinstate your service.
